Explaining our ratings

Our ratings are given by an unbias game review team. We rate games differently depending on the system, for example, a WiiWare game that gets 35/40, might only get 15/40 if it was counted as a Wii Disc-game. They are based on the system that they appear on. 35/40 is Gold Award, no matter what system it is on, meaning that these games are the cream of the crop available on Wii and DS.

0-15/40 : No Award
15-25/40 : Bronze Award
26-34/40 : Silver Award
35-39/40 : Gold Award
40/40 : Platinum Award

NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams

NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams is generally known as the over-hyped follow up to the SEGA classic. Many fans of the original had long dreamed of a modern remake, but the game didn't quite offer the satisfaction that it owed to its followers. The graphics were pretty run of the mill and the gameplay tried, but fell short of its ultimate goal. The amount of effort that was put into it is obviously not on par with that which has gone into No More Heroes and so it is only right that it hasn't recieved an overly joyous reception. The motion controls are broken and in general, the rest of the game is as well. A pityful effort from SEGA, with very few good features.

12/40
